Sorry Paul - I am calling BS on your "information".
One week you want to know the name of the directors and the following week you're getting inside info from them, calling for announcements in 2 weeks, then another 3.
Fact is there are no Directors running this company - they've bolted. When is the AGM? Where are the financials, cash flows, disclosure to the ASX? All gone, sorry.
I have again contacted the company, only to be told "someone will get back to you". I then contacted the share registry (2 weeks ago) and nothing there either.
Just bide your time till the official write-off notice arrives and chalk up the memory.....
