I read the announcement and it seems that there is a chain in Victoria / Albury called taco Bill Mexican restaurants. They allege in the claim that the use of the Taco Bell name and style will mislead consumers into believing they are associated with Taco Bill. The claim does not seek injunctive relief (ie an order that the Taco Bell restaurants stop operating). A link to the website indicates Taco Bill has a fairly large presence in Victoria.
