Norwest are nicley cashed up after selling their interest in Cliff Head and are working up a prospect in the Timor Sea (hence the recent seismic). That's probably the best asset they have currently but they could end up with an interest in the North Sea at the end of the current licensing round (through a relationship with Nido).

They have taken TP/15 off the market (Itochu didn't pick up its option) and have that tiny interest in Jingemia. Salomon also knows India pretty well. Norwest is a real sleeper. I hold.
