IMO this can only be construed as a positive development. You don't get a guy who previously ran a $1bn+ co coming on board to run a junior co unless he saw something of significant potential. Of course, the remuneration package sweetens the deal but there has to be some decent potential in the first place. And of course, let's not forget this guy's connections in the coal industry and particularly coal investors a la Noble.
