Hi TMT;

My question was not directed at you, just the post sparked some questions.

I am still unsure as to how binding an agreement made in Portugese between Angola and an Australian company is.

Does ENI, Shell, BP etc conduct their business contracts in Portugese or of their home law ie Britain, US, French law.

I am not a lawyer, and am aksing for someone with legal experience (if any here) or knowledge of what instrument the current legal transactions are being made with outside of CVI.
