I've never traded USA pink sheet, non electronic trading version.

I understand you need to make contact with a broker that deals in this version of pink sheet.
The broker will find a seller manually ( I'm sure there is a register somewhere. If parties agree the trade is done somehow.

I dont think any have been traded and I also believe it has been suspended from trading( probably deliberately)
