The reason I ask is that Smyth has spent $12 mill on their shares, but where is the funding, what are they worth right now,

what assets do they have,
we have given them $12 mill and we cannot get any funds from them,

am I missing something,

as I said many times, if this all works out it could be worth plenty, but would it be a bit harsh of me to expect funding to be in place before handing over $12 mill.

didn't he tell us a couple of months ago they had $1 bill already of the $1.1 bill
