ROC has been reporting losses or very small profits the last few years when oil prices were through the roof. I'm no expert but I don't think we can expect shareholders to be showered with cash and profits now that oil prices are tanking. The business needs to make $500 million plus in distributable, take home profits just for buyers to recoup their investment at current share price levels. To be honest I can't see this happening.
I wish someone can present a positive analysis but I can only see pain in this stock. I bought into this on intelligent investor's recommendation - can you believe these guys were calling it a buy at $3 plus - which was supposed to be a conservative valuation. What a joke really. They expect ROC to 'conservatively' make US$30 profits a barrel or something. Right now that oil is heading below $30 let's see how they get out of this one.
