I don't think it amounts to a large enough return to be honest for those going in at 41 to be motivated. Who knows what the strategy will be, or the negotiations behind closed doors. With the recent developments regarding KKR, I'd say those recent purchasers may be holding on for a while longer to attempt to extract the true value of the company from a potential buyer. Let's face it, the longer you hold this share the more money it's going to be worth given the amount of new wells coming on stream, and other potential take overs. As mentioned, the co will have significant cash flow much earlier than previously expected. The longer this draws out the better for shareholders. First offer is never the last offer.
