you are right they not app developers instead focus on API layer ,though their tech is not as sexy as serko but it has its own attribute and feature
the beauty of its philosophy is the stickness of the end users as soon as the robust app is rollout and the data being collected for future analysis.
However considering the virus which is hurting the economy, most of the stocks will be hit like serko, so this is a long term investment so don't focus on its share price movement too much
