From previous press releases, it looks like the Hydrogen is available. Does the Georgia Planned facility have a Refinery, or other high Hydrogen demand process near by?
Seeing how big of a contributor Steam Reformers are to Greenhouse gases, I would think locating a production facility next to every refinery would pretty well pay for its self on Hydrogen alone so really don't understand why there is no talk about this.
