The Cooper generally doesn't excite investors much, but ths announcement has because the statements are so extreme and bullish (probably with reason) .

DLS and STO have a great record of finding oil there (amongst many others) but the sp of DLS went sideways during their recent program despite 70 % drll success .

This should be different because 1000bopd should be very easy to attain, and then they should be able to double that withn a year . There aren't many shares and the oil price is very good .
