I don't think there is any hope of recouping your loss but
at least you will have a good deduction if you ever make a good capital gain in these times of "just hanging in there".

Mathew Whyte,the CFO,may also be on the board of Nuworld Solutions (NUW) but I'm not positive it is the same guy.
