Hey ColdH - IMHO it's a small point, but this thing is all about professionalism and the confidence that is generated in the management.

It also suggests an element of haste in the preparation of the document, and that perhaps there is no further checking once the document leaves the author.

A minor issue that in all reality should just not happen, therefore there would be no need to discuss.
