re: reasons for investing in rpt The share price fall is not a function of any alarming bad news. Small volume indicates traders caught short in either this or other stocks and needing to settle.
Buyers do not need to chase stock but just stay in the market collecting those forced sales as they arrive. Eventually this source will dry up and the only way to accumulate will be to push price higher.
In the short-term I believe RPT's price will be driven by PDN's news. In the mid-term, next 12-months the price will be driven by RPT's own exploration and investment news.
This could end up as a real success story with strong growth. Especially given the quality of the management and depth of exploration tenements.
