Hi, i think i read somewhere where it will take 4 years of exploration to REALLY find the multi Billions of barrels of oil at Mauritania.

LOL.

The good thing about this situation is the instos can only buy up to the value which is proven but us small guys can buy and hold on what we know is there. (well 3 out of 3 strike rate so far).

Plenty of profits for traders and long term holders.
