I'm sure it will be an independent valuation, Rotuma. Not much point otherwise. Interesting that the company has always described its US$20.8m investment in Iridium Holdings LLC, the parent company of Iridium Satellite LLC which Quadrant holds through its subsidiary Bareena Holdings Pty Ltd, as "conservatively valued".

The question that needs then to be asked is: why seek a valuation now?
