I have a question. If there is very low subscription to the SPP because, say, the SP remains much below 0.75 on Dec. 4 and the number of share ordered is low enough so the total sum retailers pay is , say 5M. Then, JP Morgan must complete the sum to 25M as underwriter. Does JPM receives shares with the low price of the SPP ? Do they get the shares for 0.75 or do they get it for the 10-14 Dec. average minus 2.5% the same as the subscribers? The announcement does not elaborate on this point.
Anyone knows?
