    Sid,

    In less than 2 years they have gained exploration license, drilled resource, JORC, done all their requirements for mining license (pending government approval), looking to upgrade coal quality.

    Please can you tell me -

    (1) Any other small cap that has achieved this, in the time frame ?
    (2) How you would go about getting the Mongolian government to speed up the mining license ?
