you were 100% correct regarding the broker reports. They suggest that it was a setback and the data provided by the company is not consistent with their ruling.
Interestingly, the broker reports go into some detail regarding whether the company was required to produce an RST trial. The brokers say the company was not required to do a large RST study like a lot of the non holders here have been suggesting!
