it’s yet to be seen who’s right I think it’s a 50 /50 shot . The protocol for the trials has been set by BSI no doubt . If Oncosil has adhered to the protocol and has achieved what they needed to under the guidelines they should be ok . As for not running trials of just the chemo alone to compare the results the Pharma would be well aware of and have stats to say wether the devise is advantageous . The Pharma who supplied the chemo drugs would be banking on Oncosil getting this up because as a combined package they can get a 10 yr extension on their patent . If Oncosil has adhered to and achieved what was required of the protocol BSI might not have any option but to recommend its approval .
