My gut feeling tells me it will get approved before the deadline but I also think there is enough in the piggy bank to achive the CE Mark if BSI don’t approve it in time . You only need to look at AHZ to realise what happens when you run out of money before getting you product to market . $200 million cap 8 mths ago now down to $20 million . They have a couple of good products nearly to the finish line , I have actually bought a heap , at that price I am hoping if it all goes south the IP will be worth more , Anyway I have taken a punt
