I would rather a diligent board who cross their t s and dot they I s than a slap happy one that rushes through approvals . In this game you not only have to look professional but you have to be professional . Last thing you want is for them to come back at you during final approval because you have not completed things in the way their protocol had asked . If you can’t do these things right they would have to wonder about the way your trials were conducted
