The current phase now appears to be with the peer review by the notified body. We are all hoping that the notified body recommends CE certification. my understanding talking to an independent person is that once recommended, then the process of issuing the formal certificate can take up to 2 months. so my answer is that hopefully by June, however it depends on two different external parties (the notified body and the issuing authority). These are steps, with regards to timing, out of OSL hands. This is based on general information I have gathered from a quality consultant that has no linkage to OSL.
