I am of the view that there will be cap raising for the for the following , reasons
The cash of 13 million is being used up by executive remuneration and application costs together with other fixed costs If you look at the Website you will see there are several high level people besides the esteemed leader who is at $1 million a year The Board cannot let cash drop too low before they commence the process..they cannot take a risk But
Retail investors will be reluctant to throw more money in
The shareholders on the Board will have to invest or be diluted. This is good as they have something extra to lose
But this company is losing credibility as their words lack reality
Time is running out for these guys...
