anyone like this one?

no one has posted on this, so ill be the first, i love office property, IOF has a good yield, but i see the bots are all over this one as well, manipulating the price as they please, used to be ING office trust, ive read they have sold all these overseas assets and are now going to be 100% in australia, does anyone know much about this company/management?

are the capable and trustworthy? have they got a good record or shareholder returns?

I see IOF is trading near its high of about $3, as interest rates in oz keep falling, people im sure will be chasing yield% wherever they can find it, and so pushing up the price of stocks like IOF.

anyone own these? anyone buying these for the Long term like i intend?

anyone got any opinion of these positive or negative?
