What are these 'BOTS' you are referring to?

I sold my position in IOF today. Certainly the Investa management team did a great job turning this dog around (office trusts were TERRIBLE in the GFC - very cheap capital raisings to stay alive, but it killed the share price).

But investa did some smart stuff, reduced gearing to very conservative levels, bought hsares back last year when they were at a HUGE discount to NTA (wish they had bought back more!) and also slightly reduced management fees relative to when ING ran the show.

I only sold out because Share Price is fast approaching NTA (only 6% discount at the moment). But it is still probably ok to hold... and should do well in a low interest rate environment like now. The forecast distribution of 17.5c is OK but not that exciting - 6.0% (but this is unfranked remember) so really only work ~ 4.5% which you can find just about anywhere on the ASX.

Valuation is ok I suppose, I think ~12x FY13E. But all in all I don't really see it going gangbusters from here...
