When people are becoming irrational mixed with fear, anger & frustration. They'll do a lot of stupid things without thinking.... such as divorce, suicide, drink driving, etc
Same thing apply to stock market. When they become sober, things may behave differently. This could be buying opportunity, but I'm not sure at the meantime.
