Nate - followed this for a while now. Have been informed by source I trust who is very familiar with Philipines that the current MNE project is expected to have marginal upside, if any (and will require quite a lot of extra capital in any case). I was thinking of buying some purely based on historical values but have decided against it (as similar silly-ness has cost me a few $ before - usually there is a reason why share prices slump). That's just my personal view based on my own research. Hope for all that are in the stock that I am wrong and it is a real go-er. Good luck. Time will tell.
