Incorrect - cost of new shares is $7.5c - 6c + 1.5c (for 0.5 free new option for every 2 new shares subscribed)

As I said before, months before this recent equity raising announcement - I had obvious the shares were trading unusually, in particularly, the options. Thus, it leads me to believe further raising of funds is forthcoming

Insiders' traders must be very close to management as they were dumping the free options (previuos equity exercises) at whatever prices - I even spoke to one director about this but he denied any forthcoming raising funds - I guess in today's market (after the GFC), it is hard to find an honest guy around who can speaks openly & honestly as everyone is out to make a fast buck. As a result I was lucky never to have sold all my options at a small profits.

Now I expect the shares & options prices to fall further as these cronies of CCC's directors will be making profits through arbitrage !
