Your correct energe that it won't make any difference in terms on entering / exiting but I think it is important for holders to be informed of the nature of the discussions.
Given the stock is in suspension, i would have liked a more informative release from the company to let shareholders know what the nature of discussions are. Grey areas lead to speculation, which in markets like the current one, lead to fear.
