That's the whole point:
1) Investors such as myself bought more shares when they hyped the cuv9900 compound.
2) We were told they would update us on it. They never did. This is not a privately held company - tell the market what happened to the development of the drug.
3) The entire shareholder base should be told, not just someone who calls. That, as you know, would not be legal anyway to tell a particular shareholder over the phone.

The real value of the company is not with the EPP indication, which the market knows (hence the current PPS this late in the game). The real value is with the bigger indications and cuv9900 as first mentioned to the market had such potential.

I'll invest my spare cash in companies that update the shareholder base as they indicated previously they would.
