The second AFR article shows a history of GAKS riding on CPS’ coat tails with multiple deals with small caps begging for money. One has to wonder (and given the tone of the AFR article ASIC might also wonder) what the directors and associates of GAKS/Dyamond do for CPS in the background that gifts them millions of shares and options in so many capital raises.
The Financial Review articles were most enlightening.
