    If TTS is offering premium then price maybe stuck at $3.60 for awhile.

    TTS needs to separate lotteries and rollup the wagering businesses together.

    That is the only way it will make money out of the deal.

    Unless TAH offers them $4.40 scrip and cash. On a 50/50 basis.

    Btw the SP will need to sit at this level for at least 2-3 months to allow the board to consider being taken over.
