anyone noticed what the major holders r doing?

I was just going through the major holders announcements ie Perpetual and Ellerston (& this morning Norges)

Even though Perpetual and Ellerston sold down to Wilmar they appear to be also buying up, i geuss they will do so while the SP trades between $0.68 & $0.69.

I am confused by Norges as they have also sold a large parcel of their holdings, but to who?

Not that there is a great chance of it happening but Ellerston, Perpetual and Nirges may be trying to get another party to counter bid??
