    the project is fairly advanced permitting wise - they have been there for a while. The real issue right now is how they finance the capital costs of construction, and exactly what size of plant they need to build. The exploration potential seems high so I guess they wait on further exploration for that decision maybe?

    Judging by the TSX action tonight, LLO will be over $1.20 tomorrow
