Any sophisticated holders been offered any shares in the capital raising . I am sure people would have been contacted by the raising broker . Love to hear the raising price and how much the company is raising . Normal procedure is a call from a Company Staff member or the raising broker . This will have been going over the last couple of days ( hence 2 day halt ) & a mad paperwork scramble or perhaps it's all going to a couple of cornerstone investors .
