Really, I don't know what has happened to revitalise the share price! Nice to see though.
If you want a real pie-in-the-sky guess:
Alcon developing a stake.
Why? They have vitreo, refractive (Wavelight acquistion) and cataract laser products. Topcon has just brought Optimedia. Ellex has been producing OEM lasers for Alcon for yonks.... maybe they want to round-out their marketplace offering?
Haha. Time will tell.
