    Just curious to hear sellers thoughts, I estimate the downside from here is less than 6 cents!

    I assume those selling must be expecting breach in covenants to occur and immediate fire sale of assets?

    As far as I can tell RAT & REU have already breached but RJT have not?

    Interested to hear sellers thoughts..
