Article in today's The West talks of problems with Woodside's domestic gas supply in meeting user needs.
"Gindalbie Metals was unable to secure a long term gas supply contract for its Karara magnetite project and is negotiating with groups proposing new coal-fired stations for the region."
I bought in yesterday after doing research on who would be supplying the mid west iron ore companies with power needs.
Coal-fired power stations may be phased out in longer term, but 'til alternatives are in place, they may still get the go-ahead.http://www.thewest.com.au/default.aspx?MenuId=32&ContentID=31464
