I must say I like the story but have a couple of observations to make. Happy to be proven wrong or informed or otherwise because I am new to the stock. I should also note that I am in it for a longer term play - I have heard of an Aristocrat takeover and now a privatisation (followed by a trade sale).

The sp has really dissappointed of late - keeps getting smashed by sellers. The fall late last week was the result of a margin call from what I know. This is in the midst of a top 5 holder buying up sub 13.

The half yearly shows a convertible note due in November. I wonder if the sp is being kept down for this reason? ie get more shares? Also, I would have thought that reclassifying the notes as a current liab, the company is now technically insolvent? ie CA's less than CL's? very high level analysis here ..... :)

Any views would be appreciated.
