re: anyone out there following this one. no! The convertible notes have no relationship to the current price and I believe are only convertible at 20c.
There is no interest in keeping the price down in relation to the notes.
This company is making a lot of money in the USA. The set up costs of the software overwhelmed the profit by a small sum in the installation up until now but now it is clear profit and new contracts.
A nice little company. I love it when the shares are cheap. I have a small holding relative to my portfolio but I certainly have plans for this little number!!!
