Been into this for a long time - core part of my growth portfolio.
Re-zoning has been moving at the pace that re-zoning does - nothing that management could do about it. Probably a good thing that it took a while as the Sydney real estate market is now showing some life. This Lane Cove property is prime real estate and should be keenly sought by developers. Could well boost net assets to over the $1 er share mark - imo.
Company is tightly managed and good at what they do. Management has alot of skin in the game.
