Patience seems to be the key. Half year results were out on 19 February in 2009, so likely to be a max of just a few more weeks to wait for similar ann this year.
When Blackrock announced their "becoming a substantial holder" on 14 Dec the attached list of transactions shows quite a mix of buying and selling. Maybe they are still accumualting and happy for the price to be in this 43 - 46 channel until they're finished.
