Yes I watch the price at least every day, and some days five or six times the NZ real estate market is still strong and does have an impact on prices of retirement village operators. https://www.reinz.co.nz/Media/Defaul...ber%202019.pdf I notified the MODS here about the $5.73 price but got no answer I will only sell a few if I need the cash, as the growth has been very steady over the past five years and a nice little dividend gives it a feel good factor.
