The loan facility was with 3 directors i believe, 1 of those directors too the money owed/loan payout in shares the other 2 have held on i think and yes you are right related parties.
i'm certain but haven't looked in a while.
It looks like to me that they also settled the accounts by issuing shares to the company in lieu of payment.
