    I don't think that it is positive sign. I cant trust our board, Hanlong, NDRC/CDB. Without congo permit and resouce upgrade and Mining convention SP was gone upto 48 cents. Why we are happy if the price has just touched 30 cent.

    I am still paying intrest on behalf of HOWLONG. 43 cents are my breakeven price and I want to say good bye to cheats
