I promise to change my stance when the trend reverses from the current Bearish direction. To date the trend is still in decline and has not shown any indication of breaking to the upside.

Let the trend be your friend and don't be swayed by the rhetoric on how rosy things are.

There are absolutely no signs that this deal is going to go ahead.
And there are no signs that there will be another bidder.
