ZFX share price has been trading above the 25 day SMA line since late September. The 25 day SMA line is currently around $17.40 and has been steadily rising.
There is strong technical buying whenever the ZFX share price drops close to the 25 day SMA.
At this stage, I see the Zinc price weakening due to the effect of the drop in Copper prices. The fundamentals are still intact for Zinc and demand for the base metal will resume in the new year.
It is too soon to call this small drop in the Zinc spot price - a crash.
I have a ZFX price chart with SMAs - but I'm not sure how to post it. Can anyone help?
