This is nothing new in itself... happens all the time in Australian business...
These 2 just happen to have opened their mouths to someone.
There is nothing in Australian Law that says that this type of transaction is illegal...so long as the approriate tax is paid.
Its a perception thing....the haves ( and willing to to it ) and the have nots ( envy of someone having something they haven't )
